The RSKM25-H is a heavy-duty gantry 5-axis CNC machining center developed by Rhino. It is fitted with a full 360° rotatable DAMES 5-axis head and premium Italian Hiteco water-cooled CNC spindle with HSK63F tool holders. This robust configuration delivers excellent structural rigidity and high precision for heavy industrial processing tasks.
This large-format 5-axis CNC machine features a working dimension of 5500*2500mm. This is a genuine full 5-axis machining center. The X, Y, Z, B and C axes work synchronously to efficiently process complex curved surfaces.
The worktable measures 2500mm × 5500mm with a maximum Z-axis travel of 2000mm. The ample vertical stroke fully meets the production requirements of 1:1 full-size automobile molds under 5-axis linkage mode.
The X axis adopts 3 rows of square rails, the Z axis uses 4 rows of square rails, and the Y axis is equipped with 2 rows of square rails. Each rail is connected with 3 sliding blocks. The worktable is assembled with bolts in two sections, which simplifies overseas transportation and on-site installation.
Built-in ladders alongside Y and Z axis frames allow operators to inspect internal components and carry out routine maintenance conveniently.
The machine bed adopts 10mm thick steel T-slot welded tubes instead of ordinary aluminum profiles, and is processed by high-precision five-sided CNC equipment. The whole machine features excellent stability, precision, tensile strength and dynamic rigidity, with a net weight ranging from 10000kg to 23000kg.

Professional true 5-axis machines support RTCP (Rotational Tool Center Point), which enables synchronous operation of XYZAB five axes and automatic position compensation during movement. While 4-axis equipment only allows 0-90° spindle rotation instead of full 360° rotation.
