1. Advanced round automatic tool changer magazine :
The round disc tool changer magazine are stored within a magazine which allows the 2040 ATC CNC Router machine to access a wider variety of them without the need for an operator, totally you can put max 24 pcs different tools in the tool magazine and in one project (toolpath) can achieve 24 tools changing automatically .
The working way is :The ATC arm (spindle)moves into the position so it can pick up the tool. One gripper arm moves the new tool to the turret while a second removes the old tool.

Automatic material loading and offloading device table pushes cut material onto the included conveyer table, while at the same time it cleans the table with dust colltction pick up on the pusher.
